Alda Manuel

Alda is an Electrical and Electronic Engineer, and a graduate from Newcastle University. where she was competitively selected to give the graduation ceremony speech, on behalf of the Faculty of Engineering students. Currently she works at Anglobal, where she installs electric generator sets for synchronization technology and program controllers for renewable energy applications. She is the program and recreation coordinator at the United Kingdom Association of Angolan Students (AAEARU) and NEF Ambassador for Angola. An environmental activist, she is the campaign coordinator for renewable energy projects at EcoAngola and ReGenesis Mobilizer at FutureHere. She is currently developing a platform named Tchossi Academic to improve the access of academic material by providing didactic materials in digital format, and directional studies with an offline reading access option.
